ClosetX collects only the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and a description of your project. We use it to respond to your enquiry, schedule a field measure and issue a quote.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade contact data.
• We do not share your details with third parties except where strictly required to deliver your project — for example, a courier delivering to your address.
• We do not run advertising retargeting pixels on this website.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Aggregate page counts are recorded; we do not build individual visitor profiles.

Retention

Quote enquiries are kept for three years so that we can service a warranty claim or re-order a component against your original drawing. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to info@closetx.com.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will respond within thirty days.
