Quotes

A ClosetX quote is issued against a dimensioned drawing following a field measure and is held for thirty days. Quotes issued from client-supplied plans without a field measure are indicative until we have measured the opening ourselves.

Orders and changes

Production begins on written approval of the drawing and receipt of the agreed deposit. Changes requested after cutting has started may incur a charge for affected components.

Lead times

Stated lead times run from approved drawing, not from initial enquiry. We will notify you promptly of any change to a committed date.

Installation

The installation area must be clear, dry and accessible, with power available. Existing shelving, poles and fixings are removed by ClosetX unless agreed otherwise; wall repair, painting and electrical work beyond the connection of supplied LED fittings are not included.

Warranty

Warranty cover and its duration are set out in the written quote and order confirmation for your project, and those documents govern. Cover is for the original owner at the original address. Damage from water intrusion, loading beyond rated shelf capacity and modification by others is excluded, as is normal variation in decor batches between separate orders.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected components. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
